Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field, especially production environments.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL queries and monitoring.
• U.S. Citizenship required for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level, day-to-day operational support of complex application cloud systems.
• Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
• Document problems and report outages with diagnostic data for recovery.
• Collaborate with customers on day-to-day activities and escalations as needed.
• Maintain and install computing infrastructure and assets.
• Follow VA security standards and policies; support on-call needs.
