Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, especially production environments.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL queries and monitoring.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain clearance.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support of complex application cloud systems.
• Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
• Document problems in logging and discrepancy reporting tools.
• Work with customers in day-to-day activities and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Maintain and install computing infrastructure and support security compliance.
