Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, especially production environments.
• 3+ years of SQL querying and monitoring experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level, day-to-day operational support of complex application cloud systems.
• Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
• Document and report issues with clear data and logs to support resolution.
• Recover systems after outages with diagnostics and workarounds to restore operations.
• Maintain inventory of system assets and ensure VA security policies.
