Qualifications

8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, particularly in production environments.
3+ years of experience with SQL query and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level day-to-day operational support of complex application cloud systems.
Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data to derive answers.
Detect, isolate, document, report, and resolve outages or problems in production systems and workstations.
Document problems in logging and discrepancy tools and communicate status to users and management.
Work with customers on day-to-day activities and respond to hardware/software issues.
Maintain and install computing infrastructure and ensure VA security compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement of IT systems and procedures.
