Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field, production environments.
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services and related tooling.
- Strong Linux/Unix and Windows system admin skills.
- Proficiency in scripting for automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tooling.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support of cloud-based systems.
- Develop solutions for routine technical problems.
- Document problems in logging/discrepancy tools.
- Interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain security compliance and VA standards.
- Perform system maintenance/installation and on-call duties.
