Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems engineering, with production environment experience.
• Experience with AWS/Azure, S3, Step Functions, Batch, CloudWatch.
• Strong Linux/Unix and Windows administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support of cloud systems.
• Develop solutions for routine technical problems.
• Document problems in logging and discrepancy tools.
• Monitor and report outages and system status.
• Coordinate with customers in daily activities.
• Maintain computing infrastructure and asset inventory.
