Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier management and drive growth across the supplier ecosystem. The role combines executive relationship building, GTM planning, and cross‑functional leadership to optimize revenue and profitability.

The candidate will develop programs, manage incentives, and collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to scale supplier partnerships. This remote role may require travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 4 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive‑level business relationships.
• Proven success developing and executing growth strategies that achieve measurable business results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and lead initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field‑level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive engagement activities.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that drive bookings, billings, market share, and profitability.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs to increase supplier adoption.
• Design and manage supplier‑funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.
• Mentor and develop less experienced team members while sharing best practices across the organization.
