Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier management, growth initiatives, and partner ecosystem development. The role focuses on executive relationship management, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate bookings and profitability.

Fully remote with travel to Arrow offices as required, the position emphasizes driving demand generation, program design, and operational excellence within a security-focused supplier

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 4 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level business relationships.
• Proven success developing and executing growth strategies with measurable results.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regular executive engagement activities.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow while representing Arrow's interests with supplier leadership.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs that increase supplier adoption across the channel.
• Collaborate with channel sales teams to identify, develop, and grow strategic partner relationships.
