The role focuses on executive engagement, GTM planning, and cross-functional leadership across technology distribution and channel sales.

The position offers remote work with occasional travel to Arrow offices as requested, and targets a strong track record in supplier management and market development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a 4 year degree, or 4 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, or technology distribution.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Proven success developing growth strategies with measurable results.
• Strong business acumen with revenue and profitability oversight.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for supplier escalations, business planning, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, QBRs, and executive engagement activities.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow and represent Arrow with supplier leadership.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive bookings and profitability.
• Identify market opportunities and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales to support strategic opportunities and pipeline development.
• Deliver business plans achieving growth objectives and ROI.
