Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier management, growth, and partner programs. This role focuses on executive relationships, GTM planning, and cross-functional leadership across the supplier ecosystem.

You will drive annual business planning, demand generation, and initiatives that expand supplier adoption, while aligning Arrow resources to accelerate growth. Fully remote role with Colorado as geography.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree.
• Experience in supplier management, business development, or channel sales.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level supplier relationships.
• Lead annual business planning and QBRs with supplier teams.
• Drive go-to-market strategies to grow bookings and profitability.
