Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier relationships across security vendors and MSPs. The role emphasizes executive engagement, market development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will own annual business planning, QBRs, go-to-market strategies, and supplier enablement programs while aligning Arrow resources to maximize bookings and ROI in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, QBRs, and regular executive engagement activities.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow while representing Arrow's interests with supplier leadership.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive bookings, billings, market share, and profitability.
• Identify market opportunities and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities and pipeline development.
• Deliver business plans that achieve growth objectives while maximizing ROI.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs.
• Collaborate with channel sales teams to develop strategic partner relationships.
• Support initiatives that increase partner participation, certifications, and pipeline generation.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Monitor key business metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Champion initiatives that improve the customer, partner, and supplier experience.
