EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Strategic Content Manager who translates market intelligence into compelling thought leadership. You will lead a team, align editorial with enterprise priorities and guide content across industries and service lines.

You’ll partner with executives and SMEs to develop differentiated narratives, oversee workload, and coach talent to deliver business-aligned content at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in content strategy, thought leadership or journalism.
• 3+ years managing and developing teams, coaching and performance management.
• Experience in professional services, tech services or B2B enterprise.
• Experience leading narratives from research and market intelligence.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of strategic content professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Own recruiting and hiring, building a team with strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities.
• Oversee workload, capacity and prioritization, reallocating resources as business needs shift.
• Provide editorial direction and constructive feedback that elevates quality and impact.
• Develop narrative frameworks and messaging aligned to priorities and growth objectives.
• Translate research and market intelligence into thought leadership themes and content strategies.
• Partner with SMEs, business leaders and cross-functional teams to differentiate market positions.
