Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Strategic Account Leader to shape digital transformation agendas with C-suite stakeholders and grow multi-million-dollar accounts across cloud, product engineering, and enterprise platforms.

You will drive joint strategy, align delivery, and expand wallet share through cross-service collaboration. You will partner with peers to establish account plans, manage P&L, and lead high-impact programs from opportunity identification to close, while navigating complex

Qualifications

10+ years in technology consulting, systems integration or professional services.
5+ years in strategic account leadership or enterprise client partnerships.
Proven track record managing $10M–$50M+ accounts.
Experience leading large-scale transformations (cloud, modernization, product engineering).

Responsibilities

Co-develop multi-year account strategies with C-suite stakeholders.
Drive revenue growth and pipeline expansion across multi-service offerings.
Build executive relationships with thoughtful engagement and follow-through.
Lead cross-functional teams to align delivery, engineering and solutioning on outcomes.
