Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Content Strategist for a large-scale Sitecore XP to Sitecore AI transformation project. You will partner with design vendors and client teams to assess, rationalize, and migrate content, ensuring AI-ready experiences for future growth.

The role involves migration planning, content inventory rationalization, and collaboration with multiple vendors. This is a remote position with a path to long-term engagement and ongoing learning opportunities at EPAM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CMS migration projects with planning expertise.
• Strong content strategy background for large content inventories.
• Experience mapping legacy content to future-state architectures.
• Client-facing skills to lead content performance discussions.
• Ability to work with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
• Understanding of content operations and scalable content design.
• Sitecore or other CMS platform migration experience required.
• Contract through December 2026, with possible extension not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Own migration planning including content assessment and rationalization.
• Map legacy content, templates, components, and URLs.
• Partner with third-party design vendors to influence design.
• Define reusable content types and metadata standards.
• Facilitate content inventory decisions with client stakeholders.
• Develop migration sequencing and cutover readiness plans.
