Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Content Development, to lead thought leadership and executive communications. You will transform complex topics into clear narratives for internal and external audiences, shaping market perspectives and brand positioning.

You will partner with senior leaders to develop content across articles, speeches, and campaigns, and you’ll drive best practices in presentation storytelling across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 8–12+ years in strategic content, thought leadership, executive communications or professional services marketing.
• Experience in consulting, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Experience developing thought leadership programs.
• Experience using generative AI platforms for ideation and research.
• Proven experience writing for senior executives and subject matter experts.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise content.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategy aligned with business priorities and market opportunities.
• Lead briefing and creation of articles, white papers, reports, and executive commentaries.
• Establish and manage editorial calendars for visibility and objectives.
• Ensure content reflects firm brand, voice, positioning, and standards.
• Partner with spokespeople to shape compelling narratives for audiences.
• Create keynote speeches, conference talks, and presentation scripts.
• Collaborate with designers to enhance presentation quality and impact.
• Translate technical topics into engaging visual narratives.
• Support strategic marketing and lead generation campaigns through effective positioning.
