EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager - Content (Adobe & Sitecore) in the United States.

The role blends entrepreneurial sales with partner-driven growth, carrying a quota and delivering revenue through both new-logo and partner-sourced opportunities. You will nurture relationships with senior executives across the Adobe and Sitecore ecosystems, co-develop routes to market, and position EPAM as a preferred partner for enterprise digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT sales/business development focused on new business acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of co-selling models and partner-led commercial strategies.
• Proven aptitude for managing complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end.
• Ability to influence and engage senior client and partner executives (C-suite).

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales strategy and revenue plan for assigned Adobe and Sitecore partners.
• Carry a personal quota combining net-new logo and partner-driven revenue.
• Build a sustainable pipeline through direct prospecting and joint selling with partners.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from qualification through deal closure.
• Develop joint account strategies with partner field teams for aligned opportunities.
• Execute joint go-to-market campaigns to ensure measurable pipeline results.
• Forecasting, pipeline reporting and opportunity governance.
