Grafana Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the East Coast region with remote work options. You will educate potential and existing customers, demonstrate Grafana's observability platform, and collaborate with sales and product teams to win opportunities.

The role emphasizes a strong technical background, experience in pre‑sales, and excellent communication across a globally distributed team. This is a remote‑first position with East Coast alignment and global impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical pre‑sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in Metrics/Monitoring.
• Strong written and oral communication skills suitable for remote collaboration with an international team.
• Ability to hit the ground running in a startup, high‑growth environment.
• Willingness to work remotely with East Coast alignment and global teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Join as an early member of a high growth team solving technical and customer problems.
• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close high‑velocity opportunities with credibility and knowledge.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on needs learned from customer interactions.
• Collaborate to enhance documentation, write blog posts, and create enablement materials.
