Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies.
• Experience in the Metrics/Monitoring space is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to work across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high-growth team solving technical and customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy.
• Own technical engagements and help close high-velocity opportunities with credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, and enablement materials.
