Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Extensive track record leading technical discussions and solution development for key enterprise accounts.
Familiarity with enterprise software, identity, and security solutions, plus networking fundamentals such as AD, PKI, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, Azure/AWS/GCP.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions with key clients and uncover requirements.
Drive solution development for major accounts and tailor architectures to customer needs.
Provide advanced technical guidance to internal teams and clients as SME.
Contribute to strategic sales initiatives by mapping product knowledge to customer use cases.
Collaborate cross-functionally to reflect customer requirements in the roadmap.
Mentor junior team members and participate in product testing and feedback loops.
