Okta is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (Enterprise Pre-Sales) to serve as a trusted technical advisor to large, complex enterprise customers. You will anchor the technical sales cycle by linking Okta’s identity platform features to business outcomes, including risk reduction and operational efficiency.

Formación

• Recent, proven experience in a customer-facing Pre-Sales role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer), with a strong track record of quota attainment and securing technical wins explicitly with large, complex enterprise accounts.
• Top-tier executive communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. You have experience running value-based sales motions, know how to read a room, build rapport quickly, and influence decision-makers by focusing on revenue, cost, and risk.
• A strong technical foundation coupled with a demonstrated ability to learn new enterprise technologies and architectures rapidly.
• Broad understanding of the Identity Security landscape, including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Threat Protection, modern authentication protocols, and Zero Trust Architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Master the Discovery Process by identifying the 'why' behind initiatives and customer pain points.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders across matrixed enterprises.
• Differentiate Okta's architecture, compliance, and platform coverage to win large deals.
• Lead AI visibility discussions and establish control planes for identities (human and non-human).
• Steer technical evaluations in complex B2B SaaS sales to closure by tying capabilities to business drivers of breach protection and resilience.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with strategic customers as a subject matter expert in Identity Security.
