Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant Manager to lead the District Solutions Consulting team and guide customers in deploying our security platform across on-premises, cloud, and security operations services.

You will mentor your team, drive technical validation, and collaborate with sales and product teams to maximize customer value while staying ahead of threats. The role is remote with substantial travel and a focus on regional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
• Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
• Industry knowledge of security product market trends and directional awareness of roadmap and development.
• Knowledge of how to deliver comprehensive security solutions to Palo Alto Networks customers.
• Experience in selling, designing, implementing or managing security solutions (Network/SASE/SaaS/CNAPP/SOC).
• Partnering with Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Quota driven attitude focused on client solutions and value.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire Solutions Consultants into the territory, identifying top talent.
• Train, mentor, and review team members for career success.
• Support field Solutions Consultants in complex evaluations and challenging environments.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure technical wins in opportunities.
• Develop individual development plans for your team.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams for adoption.
• Lead customer interactions and share security trends and best practices.
• Drive Platformization efforts within accounts.
• Coordinate with Domain Specialist Manager to align resources to projects.
• Escalate issues with pre-sales and post-sales teams as needed.
• Build relationships with key customers and develop reference accounts.
• Present as an expert to customers at all levels, from technicians to CIOs.
• Discuss competitor products and position our solutions as best alternatives.
• Work with Product Management/Marketing/R&D to feed requirements and features from customers.
• Travel 50-75% within the region.
• Partner with sales to develop a technical growth strategy by region.
