Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant Manager to lead our District Solutions Consulting team and guide customers in deploying secure, value-driven solutions across on-premises, cloud, and security operations. You will mentor a high-performing team, align with sales leadership, and ensure successful value realization for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
• Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
• Knowledge of security market trends and competitors.
• Ability to design and deliver comprehensive security solutions.
• Experience selling/designing/implementing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC tools.
• Collaborates with Customer Support to ensure solution adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Quota-driven approach and trusted advisor mindset.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire top Solutions Consultants for the territory.
• Train, mentor, and review team members to ensure success.
• Support field teams in evaluations and complex customer environments.
• Lead technical validation efforts to secure technical wins.
• Define and monitor individual development plans for the team.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialists.
• Provide technical leadership in customer interactions and sharing trends.
• Drive platformization efforts within accounts.
• Coordinate with Domain Specialist Manager to optimize resources.
• Escalate with pre- and post-sales teams when issues arise.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships and references.
• Present as an expert at all customer levels, from technicians to CIOs.
• Discuss competitors and position Palo Alto Networks as the best option.
• Work with Product Management and R&D to relay customer feedback.
• Travel 50-75% within the region.
• Develop a regional technical strategy with the DSM for growth.
