Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
• Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
• Industry knowledge of security product trends and roadmap awareness.
• Knowledge of delivering comprehensive security solutions to Palo Alto Networks customers.
• Experience selling, designing, implementing or managing one or more of Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
• Partner with Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire new Solutions Consultants within the territory.
• Train, mentor, and review team members to keep them engaged and successful.
• Support field Solutions Consultant team in complex evaluations and customer environments.
• Provide technical leadership in customer interactions and sharing security trends.
• Define development plans and monitor progress for your team.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams for successful implementations.
• Travel 50-75% within the region.
• Develop a technical strategy with the sales partner to accelerate growth.
