Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
• Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
• Industry knowledge of security product market trends and roadmap awareness.
• Knowledge of delivering comprehensive security solutions to Palo Alto Networks customers.
• Experience in selling, designing, implementing or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP or SOC Transformation Technologies.
• Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful adoption.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire new Solutions Consultants into the territory.
• Train, mentor, and review team members for career success.
• Support field Solutions Consultant team in complex evaluations and customer environments.
• Lead technical validation efforts to secure technical wins in opportunities.
• Define development plans for team members.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams for implementation and adoption.
• Provide top-tier technical leadership in customer interactions and share security trends.
