Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant Manager to lead a District Solutions Consulting team. You will guide the team to help customers understand their environments and derive value from our platform, while staying ahead of cyber threats with expert mentorship.

You will champion security best practices and collaborate with product, marketing, and R&D to align technical solutions with customer needs. Expect regional travel and close partnership with sales leadership.

Qualifications

Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
Industry knowledge of security product market trends and awareness of roadmap/competitors.
Ability to deliver comprehensive security solutions to Palo Alto Networks customers.
Experience selling, designing, implementing or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.

Responsibilities

Recruit and hire Solutions Consultants for the territory.
Coach, mentor and evaluate team members for career growth.
Support field Solutions Consultants in complex evaluations and customer environments.
Lead technical validation efforts to achieve technical win in opportunities.
Develop and monitor individual development plans for the team.
