Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
• Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
• Knowledge of security product market trends and roadmaps.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive security solutions to customers.
• Experience selling, designing, implementing or managing security solutions (Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC).
• Partnering with Customer Support to ensure successful adoption of sold solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Quota-driven attitude focused on client solutions as a trusted advisor.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and mentor Solutions Consultants in the territory.
• Train, mentor, and review team performance.
• Support field Solutions Consultant team in complex evaluations and customer environments.
• Lead technical validation efforts to ensure a technical win.
• Define development plans for your team.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams.
• Provide technical leadership in customer interactions and share security trends.
• Drive Platformization efforts within accounts.
• Coordinate with Domain Specialist Manager for resource alignment.
• Act as escalation point with pre- and post-sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and reference accounts.
• Present as expert to customers at all levels, from technician to CIO.
• Discuss competitor products and position Palo Alto Networks as best alternative.
• Work with Product Management and R&D to build requirements and product features.
• Travel 50-75% within the region.
• Develop technical strategy with DSM and identify key verticals and use cases.
