Job summary

DocuSign is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant for Commercial to support the major sales team by translating complex customer problems into scalable, signed solutions. The role is virtual and requires travel across the U.S. recruiting regional expertise and delivering high-value product demonstrations.

You will collaborate with sales, deliver technical calls, create workflow diagrams, and present compelling ROI, ensuring secure, trusted eSignature solutions with the core platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mid-market or enterprise pre-sales selling SaaS concepts.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• 8+ years pre-sales in enterprise cloud SaaS offerings.
• Experience producing workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs and RFIs.
• Proven experience engaging with all organizational levels.
• Familiar with ERP, CRM and ECM systems.
• Familiar with system integration methods: web services, SOAP/REST APIs.
• Familiar with web-based solutions, HTML, XML, and structured data.
• Knowledge of electronic signature concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex customer business problems within targeted territory and account list.
• Visualize customer internal systems and information topology.
• Map customer problems and systems to Docusign solutions.
• Demonstrate product value via demonstrations, calls, diagrams and RFP/RFI responses.
• Articulate recommendations and deliver high ROI solutions.
• Collaborate with sales to meet revenue plans.
• Show proficiency of the core platform and future features.
• Leverage production deployments and customer experiences.
• Communicate methods and certifications securing trust as a partner.
• Travel 45%+ as needed.
