Job summary

DocuSign seeks a Senior Solution Consultant for Commercial to translate complex customer requirements into scalable SaaS solutions. This remote, travel-heavy role supports major sales teams and reports to the Senior Manager of Commercial Solution Consulting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mid-market or enterprise pre-sales for SaaS, with strong demos, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration experience. Global benefits and a performance bonus are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior experience within a mid-market or enterprise-level, pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
• 8+ years of prior pre-sales experience within a mid-market or enterprise-level cloud based SaaS offering
• Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in person and virtually
• Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs, etc
• Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization
• Familiarity with enterprise-class software systems like ERP, CRM and ECM systems
• Familiarity with system integration methods such as web services, SOAP APIs and REST APIs
• Familiarity with web-based solutions, website development, HTML, XML and structured data
• Familiarity with electronic signature concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Understand complex customer problems within targeted territory and accounts
• Visualize customer internal systems and information topology
• Map customer problems to Docusign solutions
• Demonstrate product expertise via custom demos and discussions
• Articulate recommendations clearly to stakeholders
• Deliver trusted, high ROI solutions
• Partner with sales to meet revenue plan
• Show proficiency of the core platform and features
• Share knowledge from deployments and experiences
• Communicate methods and certifications for security
