Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for Commercial to support major sales teams by translating complex customer needs into scalable SaaS solutions. This remote role requires significant travel across the U.S. region and reports to the Senior Manager of Commercial Solution Consulting.

Ideal candidates bring extensive pre-sales experience, strong demonstration skills, and experience with RFPs/RFIs, SOWs, and customer-facing workshops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mid-market or enterprise pre-sales selling SaaS solutions.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of pre-sales in enterprise cloud SaaS preferred.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations in person and virtually.
• Experience with business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs/RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex customer problems within targeted territory and accounts.
• Visualize customer systems and information topology.
• Map problems to Docusign solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical call support.
• Develop RFP/RFI responses and project roadmaps.
• Articulate recommendations and drive high ROI solutions.
• Partner with sales to deliver on revenue plans.
• Show proficiency of the core platform and future features.
• Communicate processes and certifications that support security posture.
• Travel 45%+ as needed.
