DocuSign is seeking a Director of Solution Consulting, Enterprise Geo to lead and grow a national team of Presales Managers and Presales Solution Consultants. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to craft compelling demonstrations and tailored solutions for enterprise accounts across North America.

The role emphasizes coaching, strategy, and executive engagement, with travel roughly 50% of the time and a focus on delivering ROI through the Agreement Platform

Qualifications

10+ years in SaaS presales
First and second line people management experience
BA/BS in a business or technical-related field from an accredited college or university

Responsibilities

Be the Enterprise Geo industry thought leader representing Docusign’s solutions to the market
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create go-to-market strategies
Lead a team across North America, expanding Docusign’s presence in the Geo market
Coach team to uncover and document complex business challenges and enterprise architecture
Direct opportunity engagement and alignment with Enterprise accounts
Lead with business outcomes and ROI for VP/C-level buyers
Enforce internal SLAs and keep deals moving forward
