Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for Commercial to support major sales teams by translating complex customer problems into scalable SaaS solutions on the DocuSign platform.

This is a remote, US-based role with substantial travel. You will demonstrate products, create technical diagrams, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and partner with sales to drive revenue while ensuring security and interoperability with ERP/CRM/ECM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mid-market or enterprise pre-sales selling SaaS solutions.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise pre-sales in cloud SaaS offerings.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex customer problems within targeted territory and account list.
• Visualize customer internal systems and information topology.
• Map customer problems and systems to DocuSign solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations via in-person and virtual sessions.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide product roadmap discussions.
• Partner with sales to deliver on revenue plan and ROI.
