Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for Commercial to support the major sales team by translating complex customer requirements into scalable solutions on the DocuSign platform.

The role is virtual and requires travel across the U.S., reporting to the Senior Manager of Commercial Solution Consulting. The candidate will become the trusted advisor, delivering product demos, workflows, and ROI-focused recommendations while collaborating with sales to achieve revenue plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mid-market or enterprise pre-sales of SaaS solutions.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of pre-sales experience in enterprise cloud SaaS offerings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex customer business problems within targeted territory and accounts.
• Visualize customer internal systems and information topology.
• Map customer problems to Docusign solutions.
• Demonstrate Docusign capabilities through product demos and RFP/RFI responses.
• Deliver recommended solutions with clear ROI.
• Collaborate with sales to meet revenue goals.
• Demonstrate core platform features and future roadmap.
• Travel 45% or more as needed.
