Job summary

Omnissa, a US-based AI-driven digital work platform, seeks a Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions with client needs. You will own end-to-end technical relationships, design and implement plan with sales, and demonstrate value through tailored technical discussions and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or a related customer-facing role; big plus for experience with End User Computing experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as trusted advisor for end-to-end technical relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer environment, business objectives, and align those with the right solution(s).
• Provide input on opportunities with sales on account planning, campaign development, and progression of sales stages 3–5.
• Demonstrate knowledge in End User Computing, Digital Transformation and industry developments, including competitive awareness.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and present our technology vision and value proposition to executives and practitioners.
• Pro-actively drive meetings, communicate effectively, and influence decisions through demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Take full ownership of accounts, ensuring customer’s best interest and success.
• Utilize product knowledge to explain features/benefits and monitor competitive positioning across accounts.
