Ladders is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (US/Canada) for a remote rolebased in the United States. You will partner with customers, account teams, and product stakeholders to design solutions that enable onboarding, adoption, and expansion.

Lead workshops, run proofs-of-concept, and translate needs into actionable guidance to drive successful outcomes. In this role you will blend pre-sales support, solution design, and customer enablement with a strong emphasis on collaboration and clear

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development experience.
• Advanced knowledge in React, Vue, Angular, or Astro.
• Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS integrations.
• Experience with headless CMS or ecommerce implementations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to develop solutions collaboratively.
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead customized onboarding workshops for customers.
• Build relationships with technical and product stakeholders.
• Demonstrate new features to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with account managers to explore expansion opportunities.
• Support new account sales with workshops and proof of concept.
• Create resources to help customers implement features.
• Work with internal teams to prioritize customer requests.
