Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Principal Solution Architect – Cloud to lead complex multi-year transformation programs for enterprise clients from a remote US location. You will work with sales, consulting and product teams to craft winning cloud and infrastructure solutions, lead architecture discussions with executives, and drive migration and modernization initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration across internal teams, governance, and strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or related leadership roles within managed services, cloud, or datacenter environments.
• Client-facing consulting background with enterprise solutions in outsourcing, cloud, or hosting.
• Pre-sales or post-sales enterprise architecture with strong customer-facing track record.
• Deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, security, backup, DR, automation, DevOps, IT governance.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP including landing zones, IaaS/PaaS models, and cloud migration patterns.
• Ability to lead multi-year technology transformation roadmaps aligning business objectives and tech strategy.
• Strong executive communication, presenting and influencing across leadership levels.
• Experience with solution pricing, cost modeling, and business case development.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and complex pursuit lifecycles.
• Proven ability to create architecture deliverables and client-facing proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Lead Solution Architect for all initiatives.
• Collaborate to craft Enterprise Pursuit, Solution, and Sales strategies.
• Conduct discovery and workshops to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop solutions matching technical and business needs for transformation.
• Lead solution development sessions and present to diverse audiences.
• Gain executive buy-in for complex solutions through discussions with leaders.
• Create migration plans and detailed cut-over runbooks.
• Partner with PMO and Solution teams to guide complex projects.
