Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team, partnering with prospects and internal stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into clear business value. You will lead customer conversations, shape tailored solution narratives, and move opportunities forward through discovery, demos, and proposals, collaborating with product and cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $220,000–$260,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience, including at least 3 years in customer-facing roles.
• Strong technical skills for configuring demos with low- or no-code tools.
• Consultative background in understanding business objectives and challenges.
• Ability to craft narratives that resonate across different audience levels.
• Detail-oriented project management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Agility to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Curiosity and coachability for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects to understand their business goals and articulate how the platform addresses their challenges.
• Conduct solution architecture discussions and map integrations with mission-critical applications.
• Create and present tailored customer-facing content, including demos and proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning business proposals.
• Guide customers through technical questions using deep product knowledge.
• Partner with the product team to influence roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
