You will drive discovery, craft compelling narratives, and own the transformation roadmaps from discovery to delivery, aligning people, process, and technology to workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution consulting, architecture, or workforce transformation.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of HR, talent, and workforce development.
• Ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
