Remote role for US-based candidates; you will collaborate with account teams, product, engineering, and partners to solve customer challenges and build confidence in the platform in a fast-paced SaaS and data-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role (solution engineering, architecture, or software development) in SaaS or cloud tech.
• Ability to grow technical and business skills.
• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python or willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Desire to understand customer challenges and deliver solutions.
• Collaborative approach with peers, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Present the company's technology and vision to diverse audiences, connecting technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Work hands-on with prospects and customers through the sales cycle, demonstrating business value at every stage.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to develop technical champions for long-term success.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the company's platform and industry trends to effectively position against competitors.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to enhance customer success.
• Partner with technology and implementation partners on joint strategies to support customer success.
• Serve as a company ambassador at industry and customer events.
