You will mentor delivery teams, partner with AI tooling, and manage fast-paced deals while aligning technical outcomes with business ROI.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of professional software engineering and architectural leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering or related field; background check.
• Fluent English for international client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for complex web/mobile apps, cloud migrations, and AI-powered solutions.
• Drive pre-sales activities: presentations, discovery sessions, and demos with executive presence.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps and win-win deal strategies.
