Ladders is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (US/Canada) for a remote rolebased in the United States. You will partner with customers, account teams, and product stakeholders to design solutions that enable onboarding, adoption, and expansion.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development experience.
• Advanced knowledge in React, Vue, Angular, or Astro.
• Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS integrations.
• Experience with headless CMS or ecommerce implementations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to develop solutions collaboratively.
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

In this remote role, you will partner closely with customers, account teams, and internal product stakeholders to shape technical solutions that support successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion. You will lead workshops, run proof-of-concept efforts, and translate customer needs into practical implementation guidance. Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
