Qualifications
- 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
- Direct MSP experience.
- Knowledge of consumption economics, TCO, margins.
- Experience closing complex deals in competitive environments.
- Knowledge of modern data platform architecture and storage models.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy for MSP opportunities from concept through deal close.
- Shape the platform for MSP offerings early in the sales process.
- Drive strategic engagements with existing and prospective MSP accounts in your region.
- Collaborate with MSP sales teams to strengthen customer conversations and technical positioning.
- Design comprehensive service architecture, including multi-tenancy and automation.
- Influence economic models for managed services, focusing on unit economics and margins.
- Gather and communicate MSP requirements to inform product development.
