Rula, a remote-first mental health company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the nascent Provider Onboarding team. You will shape product architecture and build tools for onboarding providers, payers, and patients across pricing, payments, and forms.

Formación

• 4+ years of SWE experience.
• 1+ years working on Healthcare or equivalent systems
• 1+ years experience helping with a brand new project or team
• Experience working on cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical groups
• Fullstack experience building modern database-backed (sql/no-sql) web applications
• Experience with microservice development
• Experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns.
• Experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, and measuring success, post-launch maintenance
• Experience working on highly complex projects with a focus on achieving sustainable results

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement provider onboarding capabilities across pricing, payments, and forms.
• Lead product architecture and build scalable tools for internal and external users.
