You will own end-to-end features from employer portals to patient and provider workflows, influencing care accessibility and outcomes.

The role emphasizes TypeScript, React, Node.js, and distributed systems expertise, along with AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, building and scaling web apps in production.
• Proven experience leading high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery.
• Passion for fostering a high-performing engineering culture through code reviews, docs, and mentoring.
• Deep expertise in modern full-stack technologies: TypeScript, React, Node.js.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Experience designing complex, distributed, scalable, secure systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale robust systems within an autonomous, cross-functional team.
• Own full-stack surface end to end from employer tools to patient/provider flows.
• Support employer-funded, short-term therapy benefits and ensure smooth access to care.
