Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend APIs.
• Experience leading initiatives across multiple teams and shaping tech strategy.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted software development tools in regular workflows.
• Passion for high-performing engineering culture through code reviews and mentoring.
• Excellent communication to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
