Rula is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Provider Growth, Acquisition & Supply Management team in a remote-first environment across most US states (Hawaii excluded). You will design robust systems, reduce provider onboarding friction, and build a scalable platform to connect patients with care.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related professional software engineering experience building scalable distributed systems.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience with modern frontend frameworks, backend APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.
• Experience leading initiatives across multiple teams and influencing technical strategy.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted software development tools.
• A passion for fostering a high-performing engineering culture through code reviews and mentoring.
• Strong communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
