4+ years of related professional experience.
Experience building distributed and event driven systems.
Experience with microservice development.
Experience working on cross‑functional teams to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Fluency in AI assisted development tools and frameworks; leverage AI assisted coding to improve velocity while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

Architect a high-throughput, distributed backend platform serving as the single source of truth for patient data.
Lead technical strategy for scalable, resilient system re‑engineering during hyper-scale growth.
Mentor engineers, set design patterns, and ensure operational rigor.
