Job summary

Rula is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the nascent Provider Onboarding Engineering team within the Provider organization. In this high‑impact role, you will serve as the chief architect of our new scope, driving product‑based implementations that enable new capabilities for Provider Onboarding across both internal and external‑facing users and workflows.

You will help lead the charge on both product architecture and operational, process‑based solutions—building robust custom tools

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SWE experience.
• 1+ years working in Healthcare or equivalent systems.
• 1+ years helping with a brand new project or team.
• Experience bridging technical and non-technical groups.
• Fullstack web applications backed by SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Microservice development experience.
• Mentoring, architecture reviews, and design pattern establishment.
• End-to-end lifecycle experience: planning, specing, execution, post-launch maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own Provider Onboarding scope from ground up.
• Lead product architecture and operational solutions for pricing, payments, client panel, and forms.
• Mentor engineers and set design patterns for scalable systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical work with business goals.
