Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering (Remote) to lead strategy, governance, and delivery of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will manage a team of engineers and professionals delivering and improving ServiceNow capabilities across IT services and operations.

You will partner with business leaders and vendors to ensure platform stability, security, and value, while guiding modernization and talent development in a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in managing information technology systems and projects
• 10+ years experience in the acquisition and management of technology and technology professionals
• 10+ years managing people
• 5+ years demonstrated success in matrix management and influence environments
• Large-scale project or program management experience

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities
• Lead platform governance, intake, demand management, and prioritization processes
• Oversee platform upgrades, maintenance, and release readiness across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/CMDB/CSDM
• Drive adoption and tuning of ServiceNow AI capabilities and automation
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing ServiceNow engineering team
• Manage relationships with ServiceNow, partners, and vendors
