Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to lead strategy, governance, and delivery of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will oversee a team of engineers, align platform investments with business goals, and drive modernization and operational excellence across ITSM, ITOM, and related capabilities.

The role emphasizes remote leadership with enterprise partners, execution discipline, and a focus on platform stability, security, and value realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in managing information technology systems and projects
• Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Engineering, or Business) or equivalent
• 10+ years experience in the acquisition and management of technology and technology professionals
• 10+ years managing people
• 5+ years in matrix management and influence environments
• Excellent communication with executive and operational management
• Large-scale project or program management experience

Responsibilities

• Define and implement multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investments
• Lead platform governance, intake, demand management, and prioritization
• Oversee engineering delivery, upgrades, and operational support of ServiceNow
• Manage a team of ServiceNow engineers and professionals
• Coordinate with leaders, vendors, and partners to align investments with business outcomes
• Establish standards, governance controls, and release practices
• Drive platform health, data governance, and KPI reporting
