Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering - Remote to lead the enterprise ServiceNow platform strategy, governance, and engineering delivery. You will manage a team of ServiceNow professionals, drive platform modernization, and ensure alignment with business objectives while maintaining security, scalability, and cost controls.

The role emphasizes platform strategy, vendor relationships, and talent development within a remote-first culture across the United States.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT leadership experience in a large department.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent).
10+ years in acquisition and management of technology professionals.
10+ years managing people.
5+ years in matrix management and cross-functional influence.
Experience communicating with executives and operations leadership.
Large-scale project or program management experience.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
Lead platform governance, intake, demand management, and prioritization processes.
Oversee platform strategy alignment with business outcomes and budgets.
Guide engineering delivery, upgrades, and operational excellence of ServiceNow.
Lead a high-performing ServiceNow engineering team across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB/CSDM.
Establish development standards, release management, and governance controls.
Drive AI/Now Assist adoption and operational value of ServiceNow capabilities.
